Arrived at Baker residence in Rockmart at 0900 to address insufficient outlets and outdated wiring in their 1970s home office renovation. Initial assessment showed original 2-prong outlets and cloth-wrapped wiring still in place. Proceeded to update approximately 30 feet of wiring with modern 12/2 romex to meet current code requirements. Installed six new grounded receptacles, including two dedicated circuits for computer equipment. Utilized surface-mounted raceway in one section to minimize wall damage per customer request. All receptacles were tested for proper polarity and ground integrity. Properly labeled all new circuits in main panel. Customer expressed concern about previous DIY work; thoroughly inspected and corrected issues found including an improperly spliced junction. Work completed by 1530, all debris removed and surfaces cleaned. Provided customer with documentation of all updates for their records.
Another day, another EV charger install! Today's job was in Rockmart for a customer who just got a new Tesla. We ran a dedicated 240V circuit from their main panel out to the garage and mounted a Level 2 charger on the wall. Tested it out and it's delivering a solid charge to the vehicle. Customer is excited to be able to "fuel up" at home now. Congrats on going electric!

I performed an electrical inspection and provided a quote for outdoor lighting installation.

I recently completed an estimate for an outdoor sub panel. The client wanted to add a new circuit to their home and needed a sub panel installed. I measured the space and determined the necessary size of the sub panel. I then provided the client with a detailed estimate of the cost of the project, including the materials and labor. The client was pleased with the estimate and decided to move forward with the project.
